Full Polish Paste for Gres
(for print application)1. Introduction:Vanda YFP series Whole Polish Paste are to produce an art effect of under-glaze by applying a last printing and then polish it .They are suitable for Gres-porcelain, firing temperature between 1180~1230°C. These glazes are highly transparent so as to express a 3D effect similar to a real stone, or you can perform it to get other under-glaze art effect.
2. Application Parameter:1) Use triple-thickened 80mesh flat screen for the last printing after your normal process.2) Please use our medium to keep nice effect by proportion of 50% to powder.3) Adding 5%-10% alumina into original base to avoid over-reaction is recommended.
3.PolishIt is different between polished(body) tiles and half-polished(glaze) tiles.We recommend the 0.1-0.2mm depth glaze polished and a special abrasive. A good bending is unavoidably ensured.
